    Who runs DailyPick

    DailyPick is a website project intended to be operated from a home in Chicago, Illinois. The site does not yet identify its legal operator or business status. The full Privacy Policy and Terms still need to identify the operator’s legal name and customer-support contact.

    Information the app uses

    When you create an account, Supabase handles email or Google sign-in and stores saved preferences and plans. These may include your selected city, age range, clothing preferences, food preferences, allergy selections, favorites, and meal plans. Without an account, the app saves preferences in your browser. Signing out does not delete cloud-saved account information.

    City searches and forecast requests use the location and weather providers linked in the app. AI suggestions are currently turned off. If enabled, your question and relevant preference, forecast, and candidate-suggestion details may be sent to OpenAI to generate a response. Avoid putting sensitive personal information in questions.

    Payments and cancellation

    New Plus subscriptions cannot currently be purchased. The planned price is $4.99 USD per month, recurring until canceled. Existing subscribers can manage or cancel through Stripe from the Plus details in their account.

    Food and allergy information

    Ingredient filters check listed recipe ingredients; they cannot verify product labels, substitutions, or cross-contact. Review every ingredient and preparation method yourself. Recipe photos are serving ideas, and cost and weather information are estimates.

    The full privacy policy, terms, refund details, data-retention and account-deletion instructions, and support contact are not yet complete. Do not rely on this summary as a substitute for those documents.
